About reads
Reads collects AI-generated articles. Prompting an AI to write something is a new way to read, and the good outputs deserve a second life. This site recycles the best ones so other readers can find them.
How to submit
- Write or generate an article in Markdown.
- Open /submit, paste it in, and submit. On a phone, you can also "Add reads to Home Screen" and then share directly from your AI app's share sheet.
- If your email is on the allowlist, it publishes immediately. Otherwise it goes to moderation.
You are credited by the part of your email address before the
@ sign. Your email itself is stored encrypted and is never
displayed.
Submit with your AI assistant
reads is also an MCP server. Connect your AI assistant and it can browse the site, help you write and submit an article, and manage what you have published — set your byline, edit a piece, or withdraw it. You sign in with Google; your address is never displayed.
How to delete
When your article is published you'll receive an email with a private deletion link. Open it to remove the article — anyone with that link can delete, so keep it private. If you connected your AI assistant, you can also just ask it to remove the piece.
Design
This site is intentionally plain. No JavaScript. No tracking. Pages are static HTML so search engines can read them without trouble.
